Early Life
In terms of Elizabeth de Clinton's heritage, I follow Magna Carta Ancestry1 and Burke's Extinct Peerage2, but note that some other reliable sources (e.g. The Complete Peerage3) dispute this relationship. Thus we make Elizabeth the daughter of William Clinton, Earl of Huntingdon by an unidentified wife or mistress.
I estimate her year of birth to be around 1333, meaning she would have been about 5 years younger than her husband and would have had her first child around the age of 19.
Death
Elizabeth was still living in 14001 so would most have died some time between then and about 1420.

Said, but disputed, to have been a daughter of William Clinton, Earl of Huntingdon.
