Familiae Minorum Gentium (Vol 4, page 1229): Secondary of one of the Counters, Usher of the Rolls & one of the six Clerks in Chancery.
Also had another daughter (Anne) who married Sir William Scroggs the younger, and a son Matthew Bluck who married Katherine Hawkins. Note that the Scroggs family connects here but also through William Gilby, Recorder of Lincoln who was son of Elizabeth Scroggs.
From
The historical antiquities of Hertfordshire, Volume 1:
William Lord Willoughby, about the year 1671, sold his Mannor with the Advowson of this Church to Matthew Bluck, Esq. Secondary of one of the Counters in London, Usher of the Rolls, and one of the six Clerks in Chancery; he married one of the daughters of Sir William Martin in the County of Essex, Kt, by whom he had Issue Matthew, and two daughters; one married to Sir William Scroggs of Grays inn, Kt, and the other [Elizabeth] married --- [William] Gilby, Esq. And upon his decease, his son Matthew did succeed him. He [Matthew the son] married Katharine the eldest Daughter of Sir Richard Hawkins of Middle Aston in the County of Oxford, Kt, who was Alderman of the city of London, and gives for his Arms, a Lion Rampant.
Annoyingly, I can't find any evidence of the marriage with Elizabeth Martin.
