    • Succeeded at Gartincaber in 1914 when his elder brother John George Grey Burn-Murdoch died.
      Death
      Thomas died on the 13th of September 1938 in Perth. His obituary in The Times (15th September 1938) reads:
      Burn-Murdoch On Sept 13 1938 at Gartincaber, Doune, Perthshire, Thomas Monch Burn-Murdoch MB CM FRCPE of Gartincaber. Loved husband of the late Anne Regiaulde de Maule Burn-Murdoch, and last surviving son of the late John Burn-Murdoch of Gartincaber, aged 83 years. Funeral at Edinburgh Crematorium today (Thursday) at 3.30pm, at which time also a memorial service will be held at Kilmadock East Church Doune. No flowers, by request.
