      Isaac Bell was born c. 1753 in Wreay, Cumberland, the son of Peter Bell and Isabel Holms.

      Family Life
      A 28-year old Isaac Bell married a Grace Slack on the 16 November 1783 at Hesket-in-the-Forest, a few miles south of Wreay. See my entry for Isaac Lowthian (b. 1750) for another possible family connection to Hesket.

      Death
      There is a death record for Isaac Bell, buried 31 March 1830 at St Mary in Wreay, Cumberland...could be the right person? I'm assuming yes, given the family associations with that particular church.
